Questions agencies ask

Which phones do the apps run on?
iPhone and Android phones. PSWs and drivers use the phone they already carry; there is nothing extra to buy.
When can I download them?
The apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Agencies using Orliva will invite their team, clients and families as soon as they are available.
Do clients and families pay for the apps?
No. The apps come with the agency’s Orliva service. Clients and families sign in with the invitation their agency sends.
Do the apps work without a signal?
Orliva Rounds keeps today’s visits on the phone, so PSWs can check in and out in a basement or a rural driveway; it sends everything once the signal comes back.
