The Orliva suite

Pluggable modules, one home care system

Every Orliva module works on its own and shares one record of each client, caregiver and visit. Plug in the ones your agency needs and they pass information to each other, from the first referral to the last invoice.

How Orliva’s home care modules connectAn accepted referral becomes a client record, with the funder and authorised service attached. Signed service agreements and consents are filed on the client’s record. The client’s needs, contacts and alerts shape their care plan. Each client’s funders and authorised hours sit with their record. Assessment scores and answers inform the tasks in the care plan. Care plan tasks travel with every scheduled visit. Visits are checked against the hours a funder has authorised. Skills, availability and time off decide who can take each visit. Residences and teams group caregivers and clients into caseloads. Scheduled visits appear in the caregiver’s Orliva Rounds app. Drivers and volunteers take meal routes in the same app. Drivers are matched to rides and to vehicles that fit the rider. Verified check-ins and check-outs become invoice lines and funder claims. The same verified visits become paid hours, mileage and premiums. Delivered meals and delivery fees are billed to the client or funder. Finished rides are priced at the agency’s rates and billed. Payroll, billing and every other module feed dashboards and compliance reports.WELCOMEPLANSCHEDULEDELIVERSETTLE UPReferralsOntario Health atHomeClients and intakeone record per clientE-signatureagreements, consentsCare planstasks, notes, alertsAssessmentsforms and scoresFundingauthorised hoursSchedulingvisits and rostersStaff recordsskills, availabilitySites and caseloadsresidences, teamsOrliva Roundsvisits, check-in/outCare + Mealsorders and routesRidesvehicles and driversBillinginvoices, funder claimsPayrollexport, Dayforce, net payReportsdashboards, compliance

What “pluggable” means for your agency

Turn on a module and it joins the conversation: Rides starts billing through the same invoices, Orliva payroll starts paying from the same verified visits, and families see rides alongside their care visits. Turn one off and nothing else breaks. See the full list on the services page.

Questions agencies ask

What does pluggable mean?
Each module works on its own and shares one record of each client, caregiver and visit. Turn one on and it passes information to the others; turn one off and nothing else breaks.
Do verified visits flow into billing and payroll?
Yes. A caregiver’s check-in and check-out become invoice lines, funder claims and paid hours, without re-keying.
